Before Work Has Started — If you request cancellation before we have started reviewing your information or preparing your plan, we may offer a full refund.

After Work Has Started — Once we have started reviewing your travel information, researching your request, preparing recommendations, drafting your itinerary, or creating planning materials, the service is considered to have started. At this stage, a full refund will generally not be available. Depending on the amount of work already completed, we may offer a partial refund, one free revision, rescheduling of the service, or service credit for future use.

After Delivery — Once the personalised travel plan, written notes, PDF document, itinerary, checklist, or other agreed service materials have been delivered, the service is considered completed. Refunds will generally not be provided after delivery, unless we delivered the wrong service by mistake, the file cannot be opened and we are unable to provide a working version, you were charged more than once for the same service, or we failed to deliver the agreed service within a reasonable time and did not offer a suitable solution.

4. Revisions
